Return Policy

RETURNS

All items purchased during a sale will be FINAL SALE.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for full priced items only. We accept only items that have not been worn, soiled, washed, altered with labels and tags attached. If the items have been returned after the 30 days, an exchange or a store credit will be issued.

For returns we will refund the value of your returned items using the same physical payment method initially used for the purchase.

Please include the order number, your name and the reason for the return. Please note we do not offer free postage on returns and the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping cost to return their items. We recommend you use a trackable postage option, so that we can track your items on their way back to us. 

 

LOCAL RETURNS

If you'd like to return your item in person, please use the above address come to the back door (next to the two loading docks there’s a small staircase & door), ring the bell. We are open Monday - Thursday 8:30am-12pm and 1pm-5pm.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 30 days upon your order arriving to notify us of a defect upon arrival.


EXCHANGES
As our inventory is limited we are unable to hold items for an exchange, unless the exchange is taking place in store. If mailing an item back for an exchange, we suggest placing a new order online to secure your desired item and we will provide a refund for the returned item once it arrives.
